- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 1 Tbsp Lime zest
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Freeze fish fillets briefly, then cut into thin slices with a sharp knife, arrange immediately on plates and season with salt and pepper.
