30 milliliters Amaretto (or brandy)
25 grams ground almonds
12 fresh Figs
250 grams Raspberries
50 grams powdered sugar
1 sprig fresh mint

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the mascarpone with the maple syrup, amaretto or brandy, and almonds.

2.

Cut the figs crosswise at the pointed end and pull apart slightly to resemble flower petals. Using a pastry bag, pipe the mascarpone cream into the center. Chill until ready to serve.

3.

Press the raspberries through a fine strainer, then mix with the powdered sugar. Divide onto dessert plates.

4.

Place the figs on top of the sauce and garnish with mint.
