2 Fennel
200 grams Snow peas
2 Oranges
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
For the dressing
cold-pressed olive oil
balsamic vinegar

4 Tbsps pureed Tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse, trim and slice the fennel. Rinse the snow peas and blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Peel the orange, remove the white pith and cut into thin slices. Mix the oranges, fennel and snow peas and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.

For the dressing, mix 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic, pureed tomato and mustard. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve the dressing with the salad. Serve with freshly toasted bread.
