Fast Chili Con Carne
Drain beans and corn and combine both with Bolognese sauce in a pot. Press in garlic and heat everything while stirring.
Rinse pepper, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Mix with the beans and simmer about 5 minutes. Season with vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.
Trim scallions, rinse and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
Top the chili con carne with scallion strips and serve with tortilla chips.
