- 2 sm cans Baked bean
- 1 jar
- 1 sm can Corn
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- ½ tsp Cumin (ground)
- ground paprika (sweet)
- salt (and cayenne pepper)
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 2 scallions (for garnish)
- 1 pkg Tortilla chip (100 grams, for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Drain beans and corn and mix both in a pot with Bolognese sauce. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into the pot. Heat everything while stirring.

Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Add bell pepper to the pot, mix, simmer for about 5 minutes and season with vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.

Clean scallions, trim and cut lengthwise into thin strips.
4.
Serve chilli con carne in bowls garnished with scallion strips and tortilla chips.
