Preparation steps

1.

Rinse meat, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Peel potatoes, cut into slices and fry in butter on both sides until crisp. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Heat butter and oil and cook the onion rings in portions; season with salt, pepper and paprika.

2.

In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and cook the steaks on each side for 3-4 minutes. Arrange steaks on plates, cover with onion rings and serve with fried potatoes.
