Entrecote with Onions
Rinse entrecote, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Peel onion, cut into rings. Heat butter and oil in a pan and fry onion rings in portions, sprinkle with paprika.
In a second pan, heat butter and fry steaks for 4 minutes on each side, remove from the pan and wrap in foil.
Mix roasting juices with cream. Arrange entrecote on plates, cover with onion rings and sauce. Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions and place on plates. Serve immediately.
