- 2 organic Oranges
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- salt
- 4 Endive
- 2 handfuls fresh Herb flower (such as dandelion, basil, chervil)
- 2 Tbsps Shelled peanut

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse one orange in hot water, dry and remove the peel in zest. Peel both oranges thoroughly and cut out the fillets. Cut fillets into pieces and squeeze the juice from the remaining pulp into a bowl. Stir and season with the vinegar, oil and salt.

Trim the endive, rinse and cut into strips. Rinse the herbs and shake dry. Serve all prepared ingredients on plates and top with peanuts.
