Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries and drain well. Bring the orange juice to a boil with 50 grams of sugar (approximately 2 ounces) and the berries. Set aside and allow to cool.

2.

Beat the eggs with the milk and the remaining sugar and soak the bread in it briefly. Drain and fry until golden brown in some butter.

3.

Transfer the French toast to plates and dust with powdered sugar. Drizzle with the sauce and serve the rest in a separate dish.
