- 1 pkg frozen Blueberries (about 300 grams)
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 200 grams cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 sour Apple
- half lemons (juiced)
- 3 Oranges
- 1 Tbsp Shelled pistachio

Preparation steps
1.
Thaw and puree the blueberries. Mix the blueberry puree, yogurt, cream and vanilla sugar. Halve the apples, remove the cores and cut into slices. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice.

Peel the oranges and remove the white skin. Divide the oranges into fillets.
3.
Halve the pistachios.
4.
Drizzle the oranges and apples with the blueberry sauce. Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
