Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Cook eggs until soft boiled. Rinse herbs, chop finely and mix with sour cream, creme fraiche and salt and pepper to taste.

2.

Peel and squeeze garlic through a press. Drain potatoes, let steam evaporate and serve with the peeled soft boiled eggs and the herb sauce.
