150 grams Egg noodle
1 onion
2 scallions
2 chili peppers
½ bunch cilantro
1 Pineapple
3 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Break the noodles several times and cook in salted water until al dente according to the package instructions. 

2.

Peel onion and chop finely.

3.

Rinse the spring onion and cut into rings.

4.

Rinse the chiles, slit lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut into rings.

5.

Rinse the cilantro and shake dry. Coarsely chop the leaves.

6.

Peel pineapple and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces, saving the juice.

7.

Fry the pineapple in butter briefly and add the noodles, onion, spring onion, and chile rings. Heat while stirring and then add the juice. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cilantro.
