- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 2 large carrots (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 11 ozs Sirloin steak (cut into strips)
- ½ chinese Cabbage (chopped)
- 3 cups mie noodles (Indonesian)
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 scallions (sliced on the bias)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a large wok set over a high heat until hot.

Add the chilli broccoli, and carrot, stir-frying for 2 minutes. Add the steak and continue to fry for a further 3 minutes, tossing occasionally.

Stir in the cabbage and noodles, cooking for a further 2 - 3 minutes until the noodles are piping hot throughout.
4.
Add the Tamari, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce, stirring well to coat.
5.
Lift the stir-fry into bowls and garnish with the spring onion and sesame seeds on top before serving.
