- 1 kilogram Pastry flour
- 1 cube fresh Yeast (42 grams or 1.5 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 500 milliliters lukewarm water
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Chives

Preparation steps
1.
Dissolve yeast and honey in water, stir until smooth. Combine flour, oil and salt in a mixing bowl, stir in yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Add more water or flour, as needed.

Cover and let rest in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Then knead on lightly floured surface. Grease a heavy, round roaster and place dough in pan. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
4.
Cover and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 30 minutes, then remove lid and bake 20 minutes more, until golden brown.
5.
Remove, sprinkle with chives and sea salt and let cool. Slice and serve.
