- 6 small carrots
- 8 shallots
- ½ bunch thyme
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
- 125 milliliters vegetable stock
- 125 milliliters white wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Season turkey legs with salt and pepper. Peel and julienne carrot. Peel shallots.
2.
Place vegetables in a pot, season with salt and pepper, add wine and broth and top with turkey. Add thyme and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3.
Cover pot and place in a cold oven. Heat up oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and roast for about 1.5 hours. Then uncover and cook 20 minutes more.
Remove from oven, season to taste and serve.
