1 cup Coconut milk
0.333 cup Coconut oil (melted)
0.333 cup liquid honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup Almond flour
1 tablespoon Coconut flour
1 ½ cups Shredded coconut
¼ teaspoon salt

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 170°C (150° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease a 20cm|8" square tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
3.
Mix together the dry ingredients.
4.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat gently until combined.
5.
Pour into the tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is just golden. Coolin the tin for 30 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
