Nut Candy Slices
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) | 350F | gas 4.
Mix together the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Rub in the butter until crumbly.
Press into an ungreased 32cm x 23cm|13" x 9" baking tin. Sprinkle the peanuts on top and drizzle the dulce de leche evenly over the peanuts.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the caramel is bubbly. Stand for 5 minutes then sprinkle with the chocoalte chips and leave to set. Cut into bars when cold.
