For the fish balls
200 grams Cod
50 grams Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
10 Wonton wrapper (from an Asian supermarket)
600 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)
For the sauce
5 Tbsps olive oil
5 Tbsps White vinegar
5 Tbsps Vegetable broth (Instant)
4 garlic cloves
1 Red chili pepper
¼ tsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

For the fish balls, chop cod fillet, mix in a bowl with cream and season with salt and pepper. With moistened hands, form small balls from cod mixture.

Cut wonton sheets into fine strips, place in a shallow dish and roll fish balls in wonton strips until completely covered. Do not press.

Fry fish balls in hot oil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

For the sauce, stir together olive oil in a bowl with white wine vinegar, broth and honey. Peel garlic and chop finely. Slice chile peppers lengthways, remove seeds and finely chop. Add garlic and chile pepper to the bowl, stir and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Serve fish balls with the sauce.
