1 sm head Green cabbage (about 1.2 kg)
1 onion
3 tsps Canola oil
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 sm can Tomatoes (400 g)
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 grams Shelled peanut
Iodized salt (with fluoride)
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Cut the cabbage into quarters. Remove the core and the outer leaves. Cut the cabbage quarters into thin slices. 

2.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion. Mix in the cabbage, sauté briefly, then dust with the curry powder. Mix in the tomatoes and their juices, and stir until combined. Add the broth and the peanuts, and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with the parsley, and serve.
