- ⅜ cup sunflower oil
- ½ cup honey
- 3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- Limes (juiced from one lime)
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 6 cups Chicken wing
- dark soy sauce (for garnish)
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare the marinade by mixing together the sunflower oil, honey, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and garlic.
2.
Marinade the chicken wings in the marinade for at least 30 minutes before pre-heating the grill to hot.
3.
Arrange the marinated wings on a baking sheet and grill, turning every 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes.
4.
The wings are ready when the juices run clear. Serve immediately with saucers of soy sauce and sprigs of coriander.
