- 2 sheets Iceberg lettuce
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 grams cooked Cocktail shrimp
- 1 handful Alfalfa sprouts
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- 1 splash lemon juice
- sweet ground paprika
- cayenne pepper
- 2 Whole-wheat tortillas
- Chili powder (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the shrimp and sprouts and drain well. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and season heavily with salt, lemon juice, paprika and cayenne. Mix the garlic and shrimp into the sour cream.

Brown the tortillas in a hot pan briefly on both sides. Sprinkle some lettuce on top of a tortilla, add the shrimp mixture, then sprinkle with sprouts. Place a second tortilla on top and cut into pieces. Serve garnished with chili powder.
