- 4 Taco shells
- ¼ head Iceberg lettuce
- 100 grams Corn kernel (canned, drained)
- 1 Tomato
- 1 small onion
- ½ paprika (red)
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- For the shrimp
- 1 chili pepper
- salt
- peppers
- 300 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into very thin strips. Rinse the tomato, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Trim the pepper, rinse, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into very, very fine half rings.

Combine all salad ingredients except the mayonnaise together in a bowl and mix. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Rinse the chile, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop. Cook shrimp and chile in 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat. Distribute salad on the taco shells. Dollop with the mayonnaise and coarsely mix. Top the salad with the shrimp, serve on napkins and garnish with a shrimp.
