1 cup small curd Cottage cheese
2 tablespoons cream
½ cup plain Yogurt
1 tablespoon Sour cream
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (washed)
2 tablespoons chopped Chives (plus extra for garnish)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Crispbread (to serve)

Preparation steps

In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream, yogurt and sour cream, mixing until smooth.

Set aside 4 whole tomatoes to use for garnish. Cut the remaining tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds. Once the seeds have been removed, cut tomatoes into thin strips. Mix the tomatoes and chopped chives into the cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Spoon into individual glasses and garnish each glass with a whole tomato and chives. Serve with crispbread.
