- 200 grams small shrimp (frozen)
- salt
- 1 Avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 250 grams Cottage cheese
- 3 sprigs Dill
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes, cut and set aside lid from each tomato and hollow tomatoes by scooping out flesh.
2.
Quickly blanch shrimp in boiling salted water and drain well. Peel, halve, pit and dice avocado.
3.
Crush garlic in bowl and mix with lemon juice and cottage cheese. Rinse dill, shake dry, pluck and finely chop. Add shrimp and avocado to cottage cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. Scoop cottage cheese mixture into hollowed tomatos, replace tomato lids and serve.
