- 24 leaves Rice paper round, 16 cm (approximately 6 inches)
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 300 grams cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp organic Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 bunch Chives
- 24 chive flower
Preparation steps

Mix cream cheese, milk, chives, salt, pepper and lemon zest together. Moisten the rice paper sheets with water and place 2 teaspoons of the mixture in the center of each.

Gather up the edges to form a bag, add a flower and tie together with chives. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with a spicy dip.
