2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber, cut off ends and cut into thin slices. Rinse lettuce and radicchio, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

2.

Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut chives into rolls. Drain corn.

3.

Mix all ingredients gently. Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with oregano before serving.
