- 1 green and 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 Beefsteak tomato
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 bunch Radish
- Chives (1 bunch)
- Dill (1 bunch)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Red wine
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Chop peppers. Peel and finely chop the carrots and cucumbers. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half remove the seeds and chop. Rinse and cut scallions and radishes into thin rings.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse and finely chop dill and chives. Peel garlic and press. Add garlic and herbs to the bowl. Whisk the vinegar, oil, red wine, salt, and pepper into a dressing.
To serve: Mix dressing with vegetables. Chill until serving or serve immediately.
