- 700 grams small Boiled potato (from the day before)
- 1 Kohlrabi
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- 150 grams Snow peas
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- freshly ground black peppers
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Rinse and peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Peel the carrot and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) thick slices. Peel the onions and cut lengthwise into slices. Rinse the snow peas, cut off the ends and cut the pods diagonally into pieces.

In a cast iron pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add onions, carrots and kohlrabi and saute over medium heat while stirring for about 8 minutes. Add the potatoes and snow peas (and the remaining oil if necessary.) Saute for about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives to garnish and serve.
