Preparation steps

Coarsely chop the coconut meat, and place with some of the coconut milk in a blender. Peel and slice the banana. Rinse and trim the strawberries. Add the strawberries, banana, and 20 g (approximately 3/4 of an ounce) to the blender. Puree completely, then add the remaining coconut milk until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten to taste with brown sugar.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with the remaining chopped goji berries, and serve.
