- 1 small Galia melon
- 100 milliliters Ginger ale
- 1 Lime
- 150 grams ripe Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Reserve some melon for garnish. Cover with the ginger ale and freeze for about 2 hours.

Squeeze the juice from the lime. Reserve some strawberries for garnish. Coarsely chop the remaining strawberries in a blender then stir in the lime juice and agave nectar.
3.
Add the melon mixture to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses with the reserved melon and strawberry garnish.
