- Ingredients
- ⅞ cup milk
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tsp butter
- ⅕ cup sugar
- Lime zest
- ½ cup Rice pudding
- Plus
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- ½ Pineapple (sliced)
- 1 Papaya (sliced)
- 1 Mango (sliced)
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 3 Tbsps Coconut liqueur
Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Brush, 4 Fish grill baskets (Alternative s. "Noch etwas smarter"), 1 Large knife
Preparation steps
1.
Place the milk and the coconut milk in a pot. Add the butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of lime zest. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
2.
Add the rice to the milk mixture and boil again, stirring continuously. Turn the heat down to the lowest setting. Cover with a lid and cook for 30-35 minutes depending on the size of the rice grains. If necessary add a little more milk but otherwise do not remove the lid.
3.
Arrange the fruit decoratively on plates. Mix together the lime juice and the liqueur and drizzle over the fruit. Place the rice on top and serve.
