3 egg whites
1 ounce Fructose
2 ounces powdered sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
6 ½ ounces Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add fructose and powdered sugar, while continuing to beat on low speed. Then beat in lemon juice (egg whites should be very stiff).

Fold coconut into egg whites. Transfer mixture to a pastry bag. Pipe small amounts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake macaroons about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
