Ingredients

250 grams Marzipan
2 centiliters Cognac
100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
For decoration
150 grams white Couverture
100 grams Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.

For the center, combine the marzipan in a bowl with the brandy and mash together with a fork. Chop the chocolate finely and mix thoroughly with the marzipan. Form the mixture into balls (approximately walnut-sized) and chill in the refrigerator.

2.

For decoration, melt the chopped, white chocolate over a pan of hot water. Using a chocolate dipping fork, dip the balls successively into the chocolate and allow to drain on a grid. Before the chocolate solidifies, roll each one in the shredded coconut.

Serve when the chocolate is set.
