- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

Crack open coconut, drain milk (reserve for another use) and cut off coconut pulp. Cut coconit pulp into about 6 cm long (approximately 2 1/2 inch) and 1 cm (approxximately 1/2 inch) strips. Chop chocolate and melt over hot water bath.

Add cayenne powder to chocolate. Pat dry coconut strips with paper towels and dip up to three quarters into chocolate. Place on parchement paper and let dry. Serve.
