4 Tbsps Maple syrup
2 Tbsps cocoa powder
2 bags Chai tea
2 Tbsps white Chia seeds
9 ozs Soy yogurt
2 Tbsps Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)

Preparation steps

1.

Put coconut milk in a pot. Add maple syrup and cocoa powder and heat up, but do not bring to the boil. Hang tea bags inside, cover, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Then remove the tea bags, squeezing out the liquid. Stir in 1-1⁄2 tbsp. chia seeds and yogurt.

Pour the mixture into 8 ice-cream cups and let it freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks and let it freeze for another 3 hours.

Chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath. Remove the ice cream from the moulds and decorate with the chocolate and remaining chia seeds.
