- 3 cups lean Ground beef
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 4 rashers Bacon
- 4 Burger buns (halved)
- Lettuce
- 4 slices Cheese (to fit the burger buns)
- 8 slices onions
- 4 Tbsps Tomato relish
- 1 large Tomato (sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill.

Put the minced beef in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Press the meat together with your hands and shape into 4 balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Flatten the meat balls and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Grill the bacon until crisp and cut each rasher in half.
5.
Toast the burger buns until golden.
6.
Place a little lettuce on the base of each burger bun and place a beefburger on top. Top with a cheese slice, a spoonful of tomato relish, 2 slices of onion, a slice of tomato and 2 pieces of bacon. Place the top of the burger on top and serve immediately.
