1 Sea bream (1.2 kilograms or 2.4 pounds)
2 Limes
1 lemon
1 small onion (minced)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
salt
peppers (pound)
2 bunches cilantro
1 green chili pepper
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish, pat dry and cut on both sides with a sharp knife 3-4 times.

2.

Juice limes and lemon. Combine juice and season fish inside and out with 2 tablespoons juice, salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse cilantro, shake dry, set some leave aside for garnish. Combine remaining cilantro, chile pepper, the remaining citrus juice and oil in a blender and chop. Mix in onion and garlic.

4.

Coat fish, inside and out, with cilantro paste and season with pepper again. Chill for 2 hours. 

5.

Place fish in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 390°F) for 15-20 minutes.

6.

Remove from oven, arrange on a plate and serve garnished with cilantro. 

7.

Enjoy with rice or potatoes, as desired.
