2 Tbsps sesame oil
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
Red pepper flakes
1 generous pinch mustard powder

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Add the cilantro to a mortar with 1 pinch of salt, and grind finely.

Mix in the lime juice, both oils, and the honey. Season to taste with red pepper flakes and the mustard powder. If necessary, add a little cold water to thin and emulsify the dressing.
