4 Tbsps Rice syrup
3 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Wash blueberries and drain. Peel bananas and cut them into small pieces. Puree 10 oz berries with bananas, Lucuma powder (or Stevia), rice syrup, and lemon juice. Stir the yogurt into the mixture.

Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker for about 40 minutes until creamy. Then sprinkle with remaining berries and put in the freezer for 1 hour. Or pour mixture into a container, sprinkle with remaining berries and freeze in the freezer for 3-4 hours. To serve, form balls from the mass with an ice cream spoon.
