100 grams Dark couverture chocolate
3 splashes White rum
1 generous pinch grated, organic Orange peel
1 Tbsp brown Rum
1 Banana
100 grams green Grape
100 grams red Grape
6 Cape gooseberries
100 grams Dried Fruit (such as apricot, mango, papaya)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolates separately. Place each type of chocolate in a separate bowl and melt over a hot water bath. Stir the white rum and orange zest into the white chocolate. Stir the brown rum into the dark chocolate.

2.

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Rinse the grapes, pat dry and pluck from the stems. Rinse the gooseberries. Dip the fruit into the chocolate, drain and place on parchment paper or a wire rack. Let dry and serve.
