- 250 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Chili powder
- 100 grams chopped Pistachio
Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath with the creme fraiche and honey. Refine with a pinch of chile powder. Pour about 60 grams (approximately 2 ounces) of the pistachios in small ramekins. Pour in the chocolate. Let chill until the chocolate has hardened. Remove from the ramekins. Serve sprinkled with the remaining pistachios.
