20 fresh Strawberries
20 Cape Gooseberry
10 seedless, green Grape
10 seedless, red Grape
¼ Pineapple
1 large, frim Banana
1 ¼ cups Dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)
1 ¼ cups Milk chocolate (coarsely chopped)
¾ cup white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
3 Tbsps Coconut flakes
In addition
small Wooden skewer
baking Parchment paper sheet
jelly bean to decorate (optional)

Preparation steps

1.
Wash strawberries. pat dry, and trim. Pull back the paper like skins on the gooseberries and gently wash the berries and pat dry. Remove the grapes from the vine; wash and pat dry. Cut the pineapple into bite-size pieces. Peel the banana and slice into rounds.

Thread the strawberries, grapes and banana slices onto separate wooden skewers.

Melt the chocolate in separate bowls over simmering water in a water bath. Roll the pineapple in coconut flakes and drizzle with chocolate.
4.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Dip the fruit in the chocolate of your choosing. Place on prepared baking tray and let chocolate dry. Stick jelly beans on the ends of the wooden skewers for decoration, if desired. Arrange dipped fruit on cake stand or plate. Serve.
