- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 large onions
- 400 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 400 grams pureed tomatoes
- 200 milliliters Beef broth
- 2 green Bell pepper
- 800 grams Kidney beans (canned)
- salt
- Cumin
- Dried oregano
- Chili powder
Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and onions, cut into small pieces and saute with ground meat in the hot oil. Add the tomatoes and broth and cook about 5 minutes.

Rinse, trim and chop the peppers. Add with the beans the meat mixture and cook 5 more minutes. Season with salt, cumin, oregano and chili powder and serve.
