- 800 grams chickpeas (canned)
- 2 onions
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- 1 tsp ground Cumin

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Drain the chickpeas and rinse in cold water. Mash finely. Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix the chickpeas, broth, onions and oil. Season with salt and cumin. Spread the mixture in a baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour, until golden brown.
