- 1 ½ kilograms Chicken wing
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- cayenne pepper
- For the sauce
- 200 grams Strawberries
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, flatten. Combine the remaining ingredients well, pressing garlic. Pour marinade over the chicken wings and leave covered overnight in a cool place, turning once. Put some oil in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil, wipe marinade off chicken wings, arrange in pan, then roast in the oven at 220°C for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Baste some marinade on the wings, turn, baste other side and cook for 10 minutes.

Rinse and trim the strawberries. Combine 2/3 of the strawberries with the cream mix and season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Then cut the remaining strawberries small, add to the sauce and sprinkle with the peppercorns.

Serve chicken wings with strawberry sauce.
