1 tablespoon ginger
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons hot ground paprika

Preparation steps

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings and split at the joints. Peel the garlic and press. Mix the ginger in a bowl with the yogurt, lemon juice, paprika and garlic. Coat the chicken wings in the mixture and marinate, covered, overnight in the refrigerator.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place on the second shelf from the bottom in the oven. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels, season with salt and place on an oiled rack over the parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 375°F) center for about 10 minutes. Turn and cook 10 more minutes. Cook 10 more minutes, turning until browned.
