Ingredients

For the marinade
16 Chicken wing
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp thyme
For the fries
800 grams potatoes (peeled and cut into thick sticks)
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

For the marinade, combine the lemon juice, oil and crushed garlic and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Mix in the chicken wings and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove from the marinade and pat dry. Cook on a hot grill for about 10 minutes. Baste occasionally with the marinade.

For the fries, heat the oil in a deep fryer and cook the potatoes until pale yellow. Remove, drain and allow to cool.

Just before serving, return the potatoes to the fryer and cook until crispy. Remove, drain and season with salt.

4.

After this process, the potatoes should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

5.

Serve the chicken wings with the fries and ketchup.
