Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, and push down to flatten. Press garlic with a garlic press into a small bowl. Mix well together honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and oil. Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).
Brush the wings with the marinade. Place on oiled foil on a baking tray and bake 15 minutes. Place under the broiler for a further 15 minutes and serve.
