1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small white onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 cup frozen Maine Blueberries
½ cup Maine Maple syrup
2 cups Barbecue sauce (your favorite)
¼ cup Sherry vinegar
1 Tbsp Chipotle powder
1 Tbsp Ancho Chili powder
For Wings and Drumsticks
10 ½ ozs Chicken wing
10 ½ ozs Chicken drumstick
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

1 Paper towel, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Fine grater, 1 Plate, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 mittelgroße Bowl, 1 Small knife, 1 sehr Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Storage container (ca. 1,5 l Inhalt)

For Blueberry Barbecue Sauce:

Heat oil in a medium sized stock pot. Saute onions and garlic until caramelized. Add blueberries, maple syrup, barbecue sauce, sherry vinegar, chipotle powder and ancho pepper powder, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

For Wings and Drumsticks:

Preheat oven to 400º F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165º F is achieved. Remove from oven and toss with blueberry barbecue sauce. Serve.
