Preparation steps

Rinse the bok choy and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and white pith, and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms, wipe with a damp kitchen towel and cut in half. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into bite-size strips. Salt and pepper the chicken, then fry in a wok with hot sesame oil for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the mushrooms and fry for one more minute. Add the peppers, then deglaze the pan with the teriyaki sauce and lime juice. If desired, add some chile powder to taste.

Blanch the bok choy in boiling, salted water for about 2 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and drain.

Serve the stir fy over the bok choy in bowls, with chopsticks.
