1 Tbsp hot Mustard
½ tsp Chili powder

4 Chicken breasts (each 120 grams)
1 Cress
100 grams cream cheese
5 Tbsps Whipped cream
freshly ground peppers
1 Mango
1 Avocado
2 Tbsps olive oil
8 slices white bread

Preparation steps

Mix 2 tablespoons lime juice in a bowl with honey, mustard, chili powder and salt.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and coat with honey mixture. Cut garden cress, mix in a bowl with cream cheese and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Peel mango, cut fruit from the core and cut into slices. Halve avocado, remove pit, lift out pulp with a spoon, cut into slices and immediately drizzle with remaining lime juice. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken breasts on all sides for 4-5 minutes. Spread half of bread slices with garden cress cream mixture, top with mango, chicken breast and avocado. Cover with remaining bread slices, cut in half and serve secured with toothpicks and garnished if desired with garden cress.
